| Purpose | This external validation set was kindly provided by the Guy's Hospital, London, United Kingdom, consisting of 77 patients diagnosed with early stage breast cancer and treated with adjuvant tamoxifen monotherapy. Samples were hybridized using Affymetrix U133PLUS2 Genechips™ according to standard Affymetrix protocols. Gene expression values from the CEL were normalized by use of the standard quantile normalization method in RMA. |
